When you use it
1. If some valves leak and the diaphragm is not open, please check if there are any impurities on the diaphragm. Clean the diaphragm to check whether the diaphragm is intact.
2. If the coil is burnt out, it may be the lead damage, the moving iron core is stuck, and it is caused by long-term energization. Please check the moving iron core plug and other timely replacement parts to check the working condition of the control system.
3. If there is voltage but the valve does not work, there may be damage to the diaphragm or blockage of the orifice, and replacement of the fitting in time.
4. If the ambient temperature is below -10 C°, the valve is leaking or unable to open. Check if there is ice in the valve due to low ambient temperature. Please pay attention to heat preservation.
Installation and use:
1. After unpacking, pay attention to check whether each component is damaged during transportation. Check that the model, pressure, voltage, frequency and application on the nameplate are correct. The electromagnetic pulse valve cannot be used with incompatible liquids or under conditions that exceed its rated pressure. The installation and maintenance of the electromagnetic pulse valve must be carried out by qualified personnel.
2. All O-rings should be coated with suitable lubricant during installation; connect the valve piping system according to the marking on the valve body, just wrap the appropriate amount of sealed raw tape on the external thread of the pipe. If raw meal is used on the internal thread of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the raw meal may enter and cause operational difficulties. Pipe deformation is avoided by proper support and piping; when tightening the pipe, do not use the valve as a lever. The position of the wrench on the valve body or pipe should be as close as possible to the joint. To protect the electromagnetic pulse valve, install a suitable filter or filter as close as possible to the inlet side of the valve and clean it periodically according to operating conditions.
