The working principle of the pulse Valve Diaphragm:
the pulse valve diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two front and rear air chambers. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is turned on to clean compressed air in the pulse bag type dust collector cleaning system, the compressed air passes through the orifice. After entering the rear air chamber, the pressure of the rear air chamber closes the diaphragm to the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is closed, the Pulse Controller outputs a signal, and the Pulse Valve Armature moves, and the air chamber vent hole opens after the valve. The air chamber quickly loses pressure, so that the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is in the open state, the electric signal output from the pulse controller disappears, and the electromagnetic pilot head of the pulse valve is reset.
The venting hole of the air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber is raised so that the diaphragm of the pulse valve is in close contact with the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is closed, the blowing is stopped, and the length of the blowing time is controlled by the controller.
Cleaning efficiency of Bag Filter Dust Collector
With the extension of the filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag is continuously accumulated, and the resistance of the dust removal device is continuously increased. When the resistance of the device rises to the set value, the cleaning device starts to clean. First, a compartment chamber poppet valve is closed, the filtered airflow is cut off, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air expands rapidly in the upper tank body in a very short time, and flows into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform to generate vibration, and in the reverse airflow.
Under the action of the scouring, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber is restored to the filtered state.
The cleaning chambers are sequentially performed, starting from the first chamber cleaning to the next cleaning, starting with a cleaning cycle. The dust that has been intercepted by the filtration and cleaning work falls into the ash hopper, and is discharged by the ash discharge device of the ash hopper.
