The electronic drain valve is a combination of a solenoid coil, a timer, a Solenoid Valve and a filter tennis valve. The timer adjusts the valve opening interval and discharge time. The principle of the electronic drain valve is: the Solenoid Valve Coil controls the opening and closing of the valve, and the time and period of automatic drain opening can be adjusted by setting the upper switch. The automatic drain valve is suitable for use in compressed air storage tanks or other gas pressure vessels to remove water or hazardous liquids. The automatic drain valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve core, a spring, an adjusting bolt, a drain hole, a valve body through hole and the like, and has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, has a small volume, and is convenient to use. Drainage or other harmful liquids can be used to replace the sewage shut-off valve in the lower part of the gas storage tank at the lower part of the compressor air reservoir. Air compressor drainage is more convenient with electronic drain valve:
The air compressor itself has an automatic drainage device, which is generally realized by an "overflow ball": the overflow ball collects the drainage when the collection amount reaches a certain value (for example, 2/3 of the overflow ball capacity) , automatically open the drain valve for drainage. This is a passive drainage method. A better and more direct way to drain is to install an electronic drain valve directly on the discharge line. Since the electronic drain valve has the functions of timed discharge (fixed discharge time and fixed discharge interval duration), the time can be flexibly adjusted according to the working condition of the air compressor, which is more effective and reliable in practical applications.


The working principle of the automatic drain valve of the dryer:

The refrigerating dryer (hereinafter referred to as the dryer) is compressed by the air compressor, cooled by the rear cooler, separated by the gas-water separator, and the compressed air of the buffer tank is generally saturated, and its relative humidity is 100%. Moreover, it contains impurities such as oil and solid particles. This compressed air cannot be directly used and needs to be dried and purified. In order to discharge the condensate in the dryer in time and completely, the easiest way is to open a drain hole at the end of the evaporator to continuously discharge the condensed water generated in the machine. But its drawbacks are also obvious. Because the compressed air is also continuously discharged while draining, the compressed air pressure drops rapidly. This is not allowed for the gas source system. Manually draining the hand valve is feasible, but it requires a lot of manpower and a series of management troubles. With the automatic drainer, the water in the machine can be automatically eliminated at regular (quantitative).
