This electromagnetic valve coil can be used with 6012 / 6011 burket type solenoid valves to control pneumatic consumers (IP65 protection for wet environments in the food and pharmaceutical industries), or coffee machines and beverage dispensers (fluids in valve control and dosing beverage dispensers such as water, syrup or steam, etc). The working principle of the Solenoid Valve Coil is that the power is generated to generate a suction force to move the spool, and when the power is lost, the spool is moved to the original position. A Solenoid Valve coil assembly structure may include a magnetizer A, a cover, a coil, a jack, and an activity. The iron core, the magnetizer B, the magnetic isolation ring, the spring, and the magnetic isolation spacer are provided with a magnetic isolation spacer in the effective air gap formed by the magnetic conductor A and the movable iron core, and the magnetic isolation spacer is made of a non-magnetic material.

The rare problem of solenoid valve and maintenance methods:
The solenoid valve is composed of a solenoid and a magnetic core and is a valve body including one or several holes. When the coil is energized or de-energized, the operation of the core will cause fluid to pass through the valve body or be severed to achieve the purpose of modifying the direction of the fluid. The electromagnetic component of the solenoid valve is composed of a fixed iron core, a moving iron core, a coil and the like. The valve body is partially composed of a spool core, a spool sleeve, a spring base and the like. The electromagnetic coil is indirectly mounted on the valve body, and the valve body is sealed in the sealing tube to form a simple and compact combination. The solenoid valves we commonly use in consumption include two-position three-way, two-position four-way, and two-position five-way. Here we first talk about the meaning of the two: about the solenoid valve is the charging and power loss, about the valve is open and closed.


The problem of the solenoid valve will indirectly affect the switching valve and the regulating valve. The rare problem is that the solenoid valve does not take action. It should be checked from the following aspects:


1. The solenoid valve terminal is loose or the wire head is falling, the solenoid valve is not electric, and the wire end can be tightened.


2. The solenoid valve coil is burnt out. The wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed and measured with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid valve coil is burned out. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, and the current in the coil is too large to burn, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction force is insufficient to cause the coil to burn. For emergency handling, the manual button on the coil can be turned from the [0" position to the [1" position during normal operation, causing the valve to open.


3. The solenoid valve is stuck: the clearance between the sliding valve sleeve and the valve core of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008 mm), and it is usually a single piece disassembly. When no mechanical impurities are brought in or the smooth oil is too small, it is easy to get stuck. . The disposal method can be made by rubbing the wire from the small hole in the head to make it bounce back. The basic treatment method is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the valve core and the valve core sleeve, and clean it with CCI4, so that the valve core is sensitive in the valve sleeve. When assembling, pay attention to the disassembly sequence and internal wiring status of each component, so as to re-disassemble and wire correctly, and also to check whether the oil mist injection hole can be infiltrated, and whether the smooth oil is sufficient.


4. Leakage: Leakage will result in a lack of air pressure, making it difficult to open and close the forced valve. The reason is that the gasket is damaged or the spool is worn to form several cavity helium. When dealing with the problem of switching the fragmented solenoid valve, an appropriate opportunity should be chosen. When the solenoid valve is in the event of power loss, the treatment should be stopped. If the treatment is not completed within a switching gap, the switching can be paused and disposed of.
