Right Angle threaded solenoid pulse valve is constructed with aluminum alloy body suitable for dust collection applications, in particular for cleaning bag filters.We have three types right angle type with dresser nut DD & manifold mount type MM & Flanged type FS, with different connection form. It is 2-way dust collector valve used for pulsing large volumes of air into filter bags for removal.

Instructions for use：
1. Read the product manual carefully before installation, check whether the product meets the requirements for use, remember the installation points, and make preparations.
2. The Solenoid Valve should not be installed in the low recess of the pipeline and in the discharge pipeline of the container. Note that it should not be led out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed slightly above the bottom of the container.
3. Solenoid valve is generally directional and cannot be reversed. Usually, a "→" is used on the valve body to indicate the direction of medium flow. When installing, follow the direction indicated by "→".
4. There should be a certain reserved space at the solenoid valve installation place for daily maintenance and regular maintenance.
5.Make sure that there is no leakage from the solenoid valve itself and its connection to the takeover.
6. pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium, if the medium is mixed with dirt, impurities and other obstacles to the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter valve screen should be installed in the pipeline.
7.In order to facilitate the maintenance and repair operations, or not to interrupt the continuous production, for general solenoid valves, the bypass isolation method is recommended.
8. Before conducting any maintenance activity on the system ensure that components are fully isolated from pressure and power supplies.
9. Pressure and power should not be reapplied until the valve has been fully assembled.
10.Diaphragm and pilot inspection should be conducted annually.
