Ammonia refrigeration system with ammonia refrigeration solenoid valve introduction

2019-07-31

Since liquid ammonia has a large unit refrigeration capacity, easy availability, environmental protection, low price, and easy to find leaks, ammonia refrigeration is widely used in the refrigeration industry to play an increasingly important role. Below, I will explain the principle of ammonia refrigeration and the major components of the ammonia refrigeration system and their working principles. (Danfoss type ammonia Refrigeration Solenoid Valve)

1. Evaporator
A device that transports cold quantities outward. The refrigerant evaporates at a low temperature (evaporation temperature) at a low pressure (evaporation pressure), absorbing heat to achieve refrigeration. (Danfoss type ammonia refrigeration Solenoid Valve)

2. Compressor
Enter the power device. The refrigerant vapor is delivered to ensure that the evaporator operates at low pressure and the condenser operates at high pressure (condensing pressure). (Danfoss type ammonia refrigeration solenoid valve)

3. Condenser
A device that emits heat. The refrigerant vapor transfers the heat absorbed by the evaporator and the heat converted from the compression work to the cooling medium under high pressure, and condenses into a higher temperature (condensation temperature) liquid. (Danfoss type ammonia refrigeration solenoid valve)

4. Throttle valve
The refrigerant liquid condensed from the condenser is depressurized (down to the evaporation pressure) and then enters the evaporator, while controlling and regulating the flow rate of the refrigerant, and dividing the system into two parts, a high pressure side and a low pressure side. (Danfoss type ammonia refrigeration solenoid valve)

The low-temperature and low-pressure ammonia vapor is sucked into the compressor from the evaporator, and is compressed by the compressor into a high-pressure, high-temperature superheated vapor, and then enters the condenser. Since the temperature of the high-pressure high-temperature superheated ammonia gas is higher than the temperature of the environmental medium, and the pressure thereof causes the ammonia gas to condense into a liquid state at a normal temperature, when discharged to the condenser, it is cooled and condensed into a high-pressure normal temperature ammonia liquid. When the high-pressure normal temperature ammonia liquid passes through the Expansion Valve, it is depressurized due to throttling. At the same time as the pressure is lowered, the ammonia liquid is heated by boiling evaporation to lower its own temperature, thereby becoming a low-pressure low-temperature ammonia liquid. The low-pressure and low-temperature ammonia liquid is introduced into the evaporator to absorb heat and evaporate, so that the temperature of the surrounding air and materials can be lowered to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. The low pressure, low temperature ammonia gas from the evaporator re-enters the compressor to complete a refrigeration cycle, then repeat the above process.
