1 1/2'' DC24V DMF-Z-40S SBFEC Type Pulse Valve
The SBFEC Type Pulse Jet Valve mainly includes Right angled, Embedded, Right angled and fixed nut at both end (DMF-ZM-20 as below), Straight In straight out, Turn around Jet type. Electromagnetic Pulse Valve is a right angle valve ( 90⁰) between inlet and outlet which is suitable for the installation connection between the gas dome (compressed air receiver tank ) and the bag house blow tube provide good air flow and dust clean pulses satisfying the requirements.

DMF-Z-40S diaphragm pulse solenoid valves, used in such as cement plants, as automatic control components in automatic dust removal equipments.
The working principle is that the high-pressure gas is connected from the air inlet and enters the lower air chamber.
1. When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas enters the decompression chamber through the constant pressure pipe of the upper and lower casings and the throttle hole therein, due to the valve. The core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas is not discharged, and the pressure of the decompression chamber and the lower air chamber are uniform, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the blowing port, and the gas does not rush out.
2. When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted up by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the gas is ejected. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipe orifice, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than that of the decompression chamber. The inflow velocity of the pressure tube gas causes the pressure in the decompression chamber to be lower than the pressure in the lower chamber, and the gas in the lower chamber elevates the diaphragm, opens the nozzle, and performs gas injection.
