Working principle of EVRA 40 ammonia solenoid valve in refrigeration system:

The refrigeration process of the ammonia refrigeration system is carried out in a circulating closed system consisting of an ammonia compressor, a cooler, a regulating valve, an evaporator, etc., and the ammonia liquid is introduced into the evaporator under reduced pressure through a regulating valve, and the heat of the absorbing cooling medium evaporates. Reducing the temperature of the medium to achieve the purpose of refrigeration; the evaporated ammonia is sucked back by the compressor, compressed and discharged into the cooler, and the ammonia gas is cooled to an ammonia solution, and then passed through the regulating valve to enter the evaporator for evaporation, repeating Cycle to achieve the purpose of refrigeration.


Ammonia Refrigeration system composition:

Complete refrigeration system, usually including compressor, condenser, ammonia storage, oil separator, throttle valve, ammonia separator, evaporator, intercooler, emergency deaerator, oil collector, various valves, pressure gauge And high and low pressure pipelines. Among them, the compressor, condenser, throttle valve and evaporator (refrigerated pipe) in the refrigeration system are the four most basic components. They are connected in series by pipes to form a closed system. The refrigerant ammonia continuously circulates in the system, changes state, and exchanges heat with the outside world. The working process is: liquid ammonia absorbs the cooling object in the evaporator. After heating, it is evaporated into a low-pressure low-temperature ammonia gas, which is sucked into a compressor, compressed into a high-pressure high-temperature ammonia gas, and then discharged into a condenser. In the condenser, the cooling water is cooled and condensed into a high pressure ammonia liquid, and the throttle valve portion passes through the throttle portion. The ammonia liquid flowing into the low temperature and low pressure enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and evaporate to achieve the purpose of circulating refrigeration. In this way, ammonia completes the refrigeration cycle through four basic processes of evaporation, compression, condensation, and throttling in the system.
