The compressor runs too long
The root cause of the compressor running time is too long, the cooling capacity of the device is insufficient or the heat load of the cold storage is too large. The main ones are:

1. The evaporator is too thick or too oily;

2. The circulation of refrigerant in the system is insufficient, or the liquid refrigerant pipeline is not smooth enough;

3. The actual gas delivery volume of the compressor is significantly reduced due to leakage of the suction and exhaust valve, serious leakage of the piston ring or failure of the compressor to load.

4. The thermal load of the cold storage is too large due to the insulation damage of the cold storage, the tightness of the warehouse door or the release of a large number of hot goods;

5, the temperature relay, low-voltage relay or liquid supply solenoid valve and other control components fail, so that the library temperature has reached the lower limit. But the compressor can't stop in time.

High and low pressure rapid balance after compressor shutdown
This is mainly due to the serious leakage or breakage of the suction and exhaust valve, as well as the gasket breakdown between the cylinder high and low pressure, and the high pressure gas quickly enters the suction chamber after the shutdown.

The compressor cannot be loaded or unloaded normally
For the oil pressure control energy regulation system, the main reasons are: the oil pressure is too low. (Generally caused by excessive bearing clearance and excessive pump clearance), it can be solved by tightening the oil pressure regulating valve; the piston of the unloading cylinder is seriously leaking oil, the oil circuit is blocked; the cylinder is stuck with the piston or other mechanism; the solenoid valve does not move. Spirit, or iron core has remanence.
