1.Feature and characteristic 

1.1,This item use stainless steel seat or brass seat.Two material meet two requirement.Application in different condition depend on the brass/stainless steel's Conductivity, thermal conductivity,service long life or not or even other factors  have effect on the Solenoid Valve

And the armature/stem have two grooves which to assembly with the solenoid coil or other parts as a connection.The upper groove was used for install rubber such as PTFE,VITON or NBR to improve the sealing ability.

The armature and pentagon seat is welding,so it's really stability and will not decompose by most of the damage which prolong the items' service life.

One kind of rubbers which has good resistance to high conductivity ,corrosion and can even adopt the most toughest media such as neutral media/alkaline media/acid media.Even have good resistance to  most the organic solvents 
NBR:  good resistance to mineral oils, vegetable oils, benzene/petrol, ordinary diluted acids and alkaline.

1.3,The plunger and spring are have special feature.Its plunger also have two grooves in the both sides.This shape design not only save the material for us,but also it's the essential part for the plunger.Because Two grooves have a impact on the sealing property and safety and service life.Without this design,when energized or de-energized,this item could not keep the High accuracy/precision and safety.So this design ensure the quality and guarantee the safety. And  there is a vent in the plunger,this vent is used in exhausting air when the valve is not powered.Also promise the safety and the accuracy.

1.4,This item' plunger have a different spring design.Its spring is connected with a brass pin.With the brass pin,this design could create a powerful magnetic field in the valve when energized.

So have this powerful electromagnetic force,it's can overcome the spring force.In the open state of the valve,this design could consumer lower power to hold the seal to control the liquid of media flow through the solenoid coil.

1.5,This item is 2/2 way normally closed solenoid stem,could assembly with the 2/2 way solenoid valve.

2/2 way solenoid valve is one type of solenoid valves, there are 2/2 normally open,3/2 normally open solenoid stem 

2/2 normally closed solenoid stem have two ports and two position,a input port and a output port.when energized,the solenoid valve is open and the liquid flow,when de-energized,the valve is close and keep the  liquid in the right ride of the valve.So It's called 2 way 2 way normally closed solenoid valve
