ABS Auto Solenoid Valve Coils control process:
1) Inflation process:
When the driver steps on the brake pedal, the car begins to decelerate. At this time, the wheel is not immediately locked, ABS can not afford the effect; the intake valve control coil and the exhaust valve control coil are not energized, the intake and exhaust ports of the Solenoid Valve are connected, which is equivalent to a straight-through joint.

2) Exhaust process:
Following the constant inflation of the brake chamber, the braking force of the tire is getting bigger and bigger, and the wheel gradually becomes locked. The ABS control unit will properly release the air in the brake chamber to avoid the wheel lock. This process is the exhaust process.

When exhausting, the intake valve control coil is energized, and the exhaust valve control coil is also energized, so that the air inlet is sealed, and the air outlet is connected to the exhaust port to complete the exhaust operation.

3) Pressure keeping process:
When the brake chamber is exhausted, not all the air in the brake chamber is released, only a part is released. When the ABS control unit detects that the wheel is no longer locked, the exhaust will be turned off, and the system will be closed. The air pressure in the moving air chamber is unchanged, and the pressure is maintained. In this way, for a period of time, the braking force will remain unchanged and the wheels will not lock.

When the pressure is maintained, the intake valve control coil is energized, and the exhaust valve control coil is de-energized. The air inlet is still sealed, and the air outlet is sealed to complete the pressure.
