What are the cooling methods for the extruder during the extrusion process?
1. Natural cooling of the air: low cooling efficiency and inconvenient temperature control.


2. Wind cooling: By controlling the start and stop of the cooling fan or controlling the opening and closing of the cooling air duct valve, the temperature of the barrel of the section is cooled by the wind. The cooling rate is slow, and it is not suitable for machines with more internal heat generation.


3. Soft water cooling: control the opening and closing of the V10-C3C solenoid valve of the cooling water circuit, so that the soft water can take away heat through the water channel of the barrel to achieve the purpose of cooling. In addition to soft water cooling, it is necessary to add cold water to cool the heated water. This method has a fast cooling rate and is easy to control. However, the cooling inertia is large, and the disadvantage is that the temperature control table, the V10-C3C solenoid valve, and the design of the cooling water channel in the control process are relatively high.


4. Heat transfer oil cooling: The principle is similar to soft water cooling, except that the heat transfer medium is different. Relative to soft water cooling heat transfer oil cooling and cooling is relatively even and soft. However, the sealing requirements for the pipeline are high, otherwise the consequences of oil leakage will be more serious.
