The following is C113685 / C113686 diaphragm repair kit for ASCO 2'' SCG353A050, 2 1/2'' SCG353A051 diaphragm valves. The repair kit comes with 1 nitrile main diaphragm, 1 secondary diaphragm and 1 stainless steel spring to help replace SCG353A050, SCG353A051 valves.
C113685, C113686, C113-685, C113-686 Diaphragm (Membrane) for ASCO Pulse Valve SCG353A050, SCG353A051; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; VITON material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse jet valves are indirect operated solenoid valves especially designed for dust collector systems. When the solenoid is energized, trapped air above a diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing a high pressure difference across the diaphragm. Thereby the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When the solenoid is de-energized, air escapes through a hole to the chamber above the diaphragm which balances the pressure and instantly closes the valve.
